New rehab program aims to get chronic back pain patients back to work

Summary
This study is testing whether a personalized 14-week rehabilitation program helps people with chronic back pain after spine surgery return to work better than usual care. The program involves physical, occupational, and psychological therapy. About 112 participants will be randomly assigned to either the new program or standard care to compare results.
