Summary
This study tests whether a personalized rehabilitation program is practical and helpful for 45 children and teens aged 10-17 with Osgood-Schlatter knee pain or Sever's heel pain. Participants will follow an exercise plan tailored to their symptoms and activity levels, with in-person sessions and home exercises. The goal is to see if the program reduces pain, improves function, and keeps young athletes active.
