Can exercise and therapy ease the grip of scleroderma?
NCT ID NCT00318188
Summary
This study tested whether a personalized rehabilitation program could improve daily life for people with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma), a disease that causes skin tightening and joint problems. It involved 220 patients who were randomly assigned to receive either the new rehab program or their usual non-drug care. The main goal was to see if the program reduced disability and improved quality of life.
