Summary
This study tested a 6-month rehab program that combines group therapy, art, music, and brain exercises for people with treatment-resistant psychosis in a secure hospital. Twenty patients were split into two groups to compare the new program with standard rehab. The goal was to see if the program could reduce symptoms and improve thinking.
