First seen Jan 11, 2026 · Last updated Jun 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study tests whether a structured rehabilitation program can improve heart function and quality of life in people who have recovered from heart inflammation caused by cancer immunotherapy. The trial will enroll 60 adults aged 18 to 80 with confirmed cancer and a recent diagnosis of immune-related myocarditis. Participants will be randomly assigned to receive the rehab program or standard care, and researchers will track major heart events, heart stress markers, and quality of life over two weeks.
