Exercise program aims to restore strength after dengue and chikungunya

Summary

This study tests a 20-session exercise program for adults who had dengue or chikungunya in the last 5 years and still have muscle weakness, fatigue, or balance problems. Participants will do supervised aerobic, anaerobic, and breathing exercises. The goal is to see if this rehab improves muscle strength, reduces fatigue, and helps with balance.
