Summary
This study tested two different physical therapy approaches for people with long-term neck pain. Twenty-four adults received either instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization or manual therapy three times a week for four weeks. Researchers measured pain, neck function, muscle endurance, and range of motion to see which method worked better.
