This study will compare two ultrasound-guided nerve block techniques (subcoracoid tunnel block vs. costoclavicular block) in 70 elderly patients having surgery on the hand or forearm. The goal is to see which method provides faster pain relief, longer-lasting comfort, and reduces the need for additional painkillers. Participants must be in good general health and have surgery lasting less than 2 hours.
