New wound vacuum device tested for safer back surgery recovery

Summary

This study tests if a special wound vacuum device (Regenn Therapy) is safe for healing surgical cuts after lower back fusion surgery. About 30 adults will be randomly assigned to use either the new device or a standard one. Researchers will track serious side effects, pain levels, and wound healing for three months after surgery.
