First seen Jan 02, 2026 · Last updated Jun 12, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether a new combination of drugs (trifluridine/tipiracil plus fruquintinib) works as well as the current standard (trifluridine/tipiracil plus bevacizumab) for people with advanced colorectal cancer that has not responded to at least two prior treatments. About 236 adults aged 18-75 will take part. The goal is to see if the new combo can control the cancer longer without worsening side effects.
