Summary

This study aimed to test whether a new drug called IMB-1018972 could help people with severe, treatment-resistant chest pain (refractory angina) exercise longer and have fewer symptoms. It was designed as a Phase 2 trial where participants would be randomly assigned to receive either the drug or a placebo for comparison. The study was withdrawn before any participants were enrolled.
