Summary
This study tests whether a special foot massage called reflexology can help people aged 40 to 80 who have poor sleep. Participants will receive both manual reflexology and mechanical foot massage over six weeks. Researchers will measure sleep quality, insomnia, fatigue, and heart rate changes to see which method works better.
