Can foot massage cure your sleepless nights?
NCT ID NCT07402460
Summary
This study is testing whether a specific type of foot massage called reflexology can help people with poor sleep. Researchers are comparing weekly sessions of manual reflexology to a mechanical foot massage over six weeks to see which one better improves sleep quality, reduces insomnia, and lessens fatigue. They are also measuring heart rate to understand how these treatments might affect the body's relaxation system.
