First seen Feb 14, 2026 · Last updated Jun 04, 2026 · Updated 16 times
Summary
This study looks at whether a special foot massage called reflexology can improve sleep quality, reduce insomnia, and ease fatigue in adults aged 40 to 80 who have poor sleep. Participants will receive both manual reflexology and a mechanical foot massage over six weeks to compare which works better. The researchers will also measure heart rate and nervous system activity to understand how the therapy affects the body.
