Summary
This study tests a daily supplement called Reducose (mulberry leaf extract) taken with meals for 12 weeks. It aims to see if it improves blood sugar control and eases perimenopause symptoms in women aged 40-60. Participants wear a continuous glucose monitor and answer surveys through an app. The study is recruiting 120 women across the U.S.
