Summary

This study tested whether giving pregnant women extra ultrasounds and health education during checkups could lower the number of unnecessary C-sections in Bangladesh. About 288 pregnant women took part, with some receiving the extra care and others standard care. The goal was to see if better information and monitoring help women avoid unneeded surgery.
