NCT ID NCT06884332

First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether reducing the amount of radiation given to the spine for painful bone metastases can still effectively relieve pain while causing fewer side effects. About 598 adults with spine bone cancer pain will be randomly assigned to standard radiation or a smaller radiation field. The main goal is to see if pain control at 30 days is just as good with the smaller treatment area.
