Summary
This study is for people with advanced head and neck cancer who have already had surgery and a strong response to drug treatments. Researchers want to see if they can safely give less radiation therapy to the neck after surgery. The goal is to see if this lower dose still controls the cancer while causing fewer side effects and improving patients' quality of life.
