Summary

This study looks at whether people with advanced head and neck cancer who had a good response to chemo-immunotherapy before surgery can safely get less radiation after neck lymph node removal. The goal is to keep cancer from coming back while improving quality of life. About 50 participants will be followed for two years to see how well this approach works.
