First seen Oct 31, 2025 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests whether different types of appointment reminders (like texts or calls) and extra help from a patient navigator can reduce missed appointments. About 5,000 patients scheduled for autism or neuropsychological evaluations at Kennedy Krieger Institute will take part. The goal is to find the best way to help families attend their appointments and understand common barriers.
