Summary
This study aims to find the best way to remind families about their child's neurodevelopmental evaluation appointments to reduce missed visits. It will test different reminder messages and offer extra support from a patient navigator to families who are most likely to miss their appointment. The goal is to help more children get the evaluations they need, especially from families facing more challenges.
