First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study aims to see if helping children aged 6-12 who sleep less than 8 hours and use screens for over 2 hours a day can improve their sleep, attention, and mood by reducing screen time. Researchers will work with each child to replace at least 60 minutes of daily screen use with sleep, letting them choose which screen activities to cut. The study involves 150 children in Singapore and will track changes in sleep, thinking skills, and well-being over two weeks.
