Summary

This study tests whether improving the hospital experience in intensive care can reduce discomfort and prevent PTSD. About 1,242 adult ICU patients will report their discomfort levels using a questionnaire. The goal is to see if a program that changes care practices can make the ICU stay less traumatic.
