VA launches pilot to fight burnout in primary care workers

Summary
This study aims to reduce burnout among VA primary care providers and staff. About 203 participants from five clinics will work together using a proven quality improvement method to create and test burnout-reducing changes. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and helps improve well-being and job retention.
