Summary
This study is testing a new program designed to reduce burnout among doctors, nurses, and staff in VA primary care clinics. The program uses a team-based approach where clinic staff help create solutions tailored to their specific workplace challenges. Researchers will see if this program is practical, well-received, and effective at lowering burnout and thoughts of quitting.
