Summary
This study is testing a specific surgical technique during laparoscopic fibroid removal surgery. The technique involves temporarily clipping a blood vessel to see if it reduces blood loss during the operation. Researchers will measure blood loss and changes in hemoglobin levels in 66 participants to determine if this approach makes the procedure safer.
