Summary

This study aims to find which of two drugs works better to reduce bleeding when injected into the uterus wall during surgery to remove fibroids. Researchers will compare ergometrine and carbetocin in 40 women undergoing this specific operation. The goal is to see which drug better controls blood loss during and after surgery, potentially lowering the need for blood transfusions and improving recovery.
