Summary
This study aims to help hospitals safely use fewer antibiotics in premature babies. It tests two different support methods to help neonatal intensive care units (NICUs) follow new guidelines for reducing a specific antibiotic called vancomycin. The goal is to control antibiotic use to protect babies from side effects and prevent the growth of drug-resistant bacteria.
