Summary

This study tested a 12-week health coaching program called Sip & Snack Better (SSB) to help teens aged 12-16 reduce added sugar in their diets. Thirty teens and their parents participated, with some receiving coaching sessions and others a tech-only comparison. The study also tested a new biomarker to measure sugar intake more accurately.
