First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 24, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether using a smaller radiation area (instead of the full standard area) can work just as well for people with advanced nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread. Participants must have already responded to initial chemotherapy and immunotherapy. The goal is to see if reducing radiation lowers side effects without hurting cancer control.
