Cancer trial aims to cut radiation damage while boosting immune power

NCT ID NCT07188584

Summary

This study is for people newly diagnosed with nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread. It compares two radiation approaches given after chemotherapy and immunotherapy. One approach targets a smaller area to try to reduce side effects and possibly help the immune system work better. The goal is to see if the smaller radiation area is just as good at controlling the cancer while causing fewer problems for patients.
