Summary

This study looked at whether giving a smaller amount of the yellow fever vaccine could still protect people. Researchers gave 88 healthy adults either the standard dose or a reduced dose (1/5th or 1/10th) and checked their immune response and side effects. The goal was to see if lower doses could be used to vaccinate more people during outbreaks.
