Can red light stop Kids' eyesight from getting worse?

NCT ID NCT07104513

Summary

This study is checking if a special red light therapy can help slow down or prevent nearsightedness (myopia) from getting worse in children. It will follow 3,000 kids, aged 5 to 16, who have already been using the light therapy device for at least a year. Researchers will track changes in eye length over time to see how well the treatment works and what factors, like how consistently kids use it, affect the results.
