Summary
This study tests a special red light device designed to slow the progression of nearsightedness (myopia) in children aged 6 to 18. About 206 participants will use either the real device or a fake one to see if it safely reduces eye growth and vision changes. The goal is to find a non-drug way to manage myopia in kids.
