Can a red light zap away tired eyes?
NCT ID NCT06745661
Summary
This study tested whether a simple red light therapy could reduce eye strain and fatigue in people over 40 with presbyopia (age-related difficulty focusing up close). For one month, 66 participants used a device at home twice daily for three minutes. Researchers measured changes in eye strain symptoms, eye function, and even mood and thinking skills to see if the light treatment helped.
