New study tracks best approaches for returning abdominal sarcoma

Summary
This study follows 100 adults whose retroperitoneal liposarcoma has returned after initial surgery. Researchers will compare outcomes of surgery alone versus radiation and/or chemotherapy before surgery. The goal is to improve treatment decisions and validate a prediction tool for this rare cancer.
