Summary

This study tests a surgery that uses a piece of the patient's own abdominal muscle to help the bladder contract and empty. It is for people with urinary retention, meaning they cannot fully empty their bladder. The goal is to improve bladder function and quality of life. The study will enroll 50 participants.
