Which rectocele surgery works best? new trial aims to find out

Summary

This study compares two surgical approaches—transanal and transvaginal—for treating anterior rectocele in women who have trouble passing stool. About 62 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two procedures. The main goal is to see which surgery better improves bowel symptoms and has fewer complications.
