Which NSAID wins? large trial aims to settle debate on preventing Post-ERCP pancreatitis

Summary
This study compares two rectal pain relievers, indomethacin and diclofenac, to see which better prevents pancreatitis after an ERCP procedure. About 4,050 adults aged 18-90 who need ERCP will be randomly assigned one of the two drugs. The goal is to find the most effective way to reduce this serious complication.
