New Triple-Threat treatment tested to shrink rectal tumors before surgery
NCT ID NCT07454720
Summary
This study is testing whether adding two new immunotherapy drugs (adebrelimab and SHR-8068) to standard chemotherapy and radiation before surgery helps people with locally advanced rectal cancer. Researchers want to see if this combination helps shrink tumors more effectively and prevents the cancer from coming back after surgery. The study will involve 165 adults who haven't had any previous cancer treatment.
