Summary
This study compares two ways to perform a key part of rectal cancer surgery in women. The goal is to see which technique reduces blood loss and improves recovery. About 200 female patients with mid-to-low rectal cancer will take part. The research focuses on finding the safest and most effective surgical approach for women.
