Summary

This study aims to find the best surgical technique for women with mid-to-low rectal cancer. Researchers will compare two different ways of performing the main surgery to see which one reduces bleeding during the operation and helps patients recover better afterwards. The trial will involve 200 female patients across multiple hospitals.
