Can special recovery drills boost young tennis Stars' power and prevent injuries?
NCT ID NCT07306351
Summary
This study aims to see if adding recovery training to regular practice improves leg power and reduces injury risk in young tennis players. It will involve 28 healthy athletes aged 11-17, who will be split into two groups: one continues normal training, while the other adds recovery exercises. Researchers will measure jumping and strength performance before and after a six-week period to see if the extra training helps.
