Can special recovery drills make young tennis stars jump higher?
NCT ID NCT07306351
Summary
This study is testing whether adding specific recovery exercises to regular tennis training can improve leg power and reduce injury risk in young players. It involves 28 healthy tennis players aged 11-17, who will be split into two groups: one continues normal training, while the other adds recovery exercises. Researchers will measure jumping ability before and after six weeks to see if the recovery training helps.
