Summary

This study tests a 12-session group therapy designed specifically for veteran men who experienced military sexual trauma (MST). The goal is to reduce shame and improve feelings of recovery and belonging. Researchers will interview veterans and clinicians, then run a small pilot trial with 32 participants to see if the approach works and is practical for wider use in VA hospitals.
