Summary

This study follows 700 people who have surgery to treat Cushing syndrome. After surgery, the body often struggles to produce its own cortisol, causing withdrawal symptoms. Researchers will track how long it takes for hormone levels to return to normal and test a program to help manage symptoms and improve quality of life.
