Summary
This study tested a new type of Botox injection (JHM03) in 84 adults with arm stiffness after a stroke. The goal was to see if it safely relaxes tight muscles and improves daily activities like dressing and hygiene. Participants received either the injection or a placebo, and researchers tracked side effects and muscle stiffness over 12 weeks.
