Summary
This Phase 3 trial is testing whether two existing medications, metformin and colchicine, can improve quality of life for people with long COVID. About 1,250 adults in the Netherlands will take part entirely from home, using video calls and mailed medication. The goal is to find safe, effective treatments for persistent symptoms like fatigue and brain fog.
