No more charging: new implant aims to ease bladder and bowel leaks

Summary
This study is testing a new, recharge-free nerve stimulator device for people with overactive bladder or accidental bowel leakage. About 144 adults who haven't improved with other treatments will get the implant and be followed for one year. The goal is to see if the device safely improves quality of life and reduces symptoms.
