Summary

This study tests a program called Project ReBond that provides counseling, job help, and other support to people serving their first or second prison sentence in Hong Kong. The goal is to see if this extra help reduces the chance of reoffending after they are released. The study will follow 300 participants for over a year to compare those who get the program with those who receive standard services.
